... From the north

From the north of Munich / Salzburg exit the A8 motorway at Bad Reichenhall and then drive towards Lofer. Stay on the B178 in the direction of Saalfelden. In Saalfelden exit in the direction of Maria Alm on the B164. After a few hundred meters you will find Thorau's Lifestyle Apartments on the left side at Urchen 55.S

... from the east

If you come from the east, then you are best left on the A1 in Salzburg and cross the former borders to Germany on 'Walser Berg'. After that, take the A8 motorway also the exit Bad Reichenhall and go along as described above.

... from the south

Guests arriving from the south leave the A10 Tauern motorway at the junction Pongau/Bischotshofen. Then turn on the B164 in the direction of Mühlbach/Dienten. From Bischofshofen the road is mountainous and immediately sets the mood on to a vacation in the mountains. After you cross the Dientner Pass turn towards Maria Alm/Saalfelden. After crossing the saddle you get to Hinterthal. After a few hundred meters, before you will reach the center of Maria Alm, you will find Thorau's Lifestyle Apartments on the right side and in Urchen 55 you will have reached your holiday destination.
